Refund policy
You may cancel your account for any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days of your original purchase and you will receive a full refund of the amount paid (“Money Back Guarantee”).
Refunds after the 14-day purchase period will be considered at BroVPN's discretion if Subscriber can demonstrate that the Services were not available or usable during the subscription period and that reasonable attempts were made to contact BroVPN to resolve the issue. In this case, BroVPN may provide the Subscriber with a prorated refund of service fees for the period when the Service was not available or suitable for use.
Refunds are typically processed within seven (7) days and will be refunded to the original form of payment used for the purchase. All refunds are processed in Russian Rubles or US Dollars, so the refund amount may differ from the original amount paid in local currency or Bitcoin (for example, due to exchange rates and processing fees associated with your payment method).
Any change to the original purchase, such as changing to a longer payment term or purchasing additional licenses under the same account, will be considered a waiver of the Money Back Guarantee option.
